I have been visiting Grimentz yearly with my family since 2013. We have amply enjoyed every visit, every ski season, all ski weeks from December through April. Rarely been deceived by the snow quality (taking time of year into consideration) or any crowding worth talking about, including during holidays which is mostly when we visited. The villagers are super welcoming, kind and helpful. All the restaurants offer great food and the Co-op has a great variety for a small village. The nights are quiet, but then this is a quality not a handicap. My then kids are now young men and are proud to invite their friends over as they know they will be well honoured. Summers are as exciting. Grimentz location offers a wide variety of rental accommodation and are very servicable. You are advised to try all the resorts of the area, which are covered by the same ski ticket: Zinal, St. Luc - Chandolin and Vercorin. Each has its character.
