Arizona Snowbowl kicked off their 2025–26 winter season at noon on Thursday, 20 November, opening a day ahead of schedule thanks to a powerful storm that dropped 37 inches (almost a metre) of snowfall since Sunday.

The snow is super. I came to Oberwiesenthal in March when there was no snow on any hills, then I came 'round the corner and there was a white mountain! The snow is very reliable and there is something for everyone at Oberwiesenthal if beginner or expert.
