Uns wurden überteuerte Skipässe verkauft, mit dem Wissen das in den nächsten Tagen schlechtes Wetter ist und kaum is keine Gondeln und Lifte geöffnet werden. Diese Informationen wurde uns zu keiner Zeit mitgeteilt. Auch bei der Bitte nach Kulanz wurde nur böse geantwortet. Dabei wurde als Begründung das Wetter genannt. Das aber nicht der Grund war, da es bei blauem Himmel sehr windig war aber alles geöffnet war. Kaum fällt etwas Schnee bleibt alles zu, da es nicht wirtschaftlich ist dann die Lifte zu öffnen, da coronabedingt zu wenig Gäste da sind. Finde ich eine absolute Schweinerei. Ich werde nie wieder dort hin fahren und würde es auch keinem empfehlen!!! So unfreundlich wurde ich noch nie behandelt.
