23.12.2019. Our first day of skiing. Plenty of snow but, unfortunately, many pistes are closed as not ready for the visitors. Hence, massive queues and not much to ski. Very disappointed!!!! Let's hope tomorrow turns up with better prepared slopes or we will not return to this area and may choose different country such a Austria which always have the customers as a priority. We paid lots of money for our ski passes and can only hope we can use them fully tomorrow in fully opened resort.
