Nice place, beautiful nature, friendly staff. The slopes are amazing; the best for families. There are a lot of restaurants. We would love to return and highly recommend it.

It's so magical I bought a house there. It's cheap and there are no yobs. They are just very, very helpfull and friendly people and as for the long quiet up hill drive from the house, it's 3km drive to the top of the first ski lifts at Rogla. The drive is so natural it will blow your mind and make you come back year after year. The first run is steep and great. There is a great ski school and there is a snow park with jumps that skiers and snow borders will like. Five day ski pass is £100. For a five day ski pass this is cheap. Skiers will love it at Roglas' pretty house. It sleeps six people and I hope to rent it out for four hundred a week next year. What do you think? jameskeith197@aol.com - 01753540442

My favourite ski place. It reminds me of my childhood when I made my first ski steps in March 1986. There was 2 meters of snow, a real winter (I remembered this ski trip was so good.) It is a very nice place. 1500m above sea level, fir everywhere around, fresh air, sport facilites. It's a magical place especially in the winter. Everthing is so natural. I love it. I come back every year. There have been a lot of famous athletes there, as far as I know. I recomend it to everyone.

Spent a very enjoyable week there in feb 05 Pros....lovely country, friendly people, nice resort, fairly quiet, easy to get to from uk, lovely food, mostly locals (we were the only brits there),tidy chalets'& very very cheap as ski resorts go. Cons....probably not enough piste for the experienced skier, quite an uphill trek to the ski lift from the lower chalets. All in all a great place to go for a family weeks skiing.
