Not everyone thinks alike. Maybe, for some, it was not pleasing. For me, there is much enjoyment [and stress ed?] that increasingly improves service. Not everything is perfect but I have been coming 3 consecutive years and see the changes that have occurred since my first time.

I have had the good fortune to have lived in Chile as a child, with this great country always in my heart. I've been to Whistler, Colorado and other ski centres around the world. Nevados de Chillan has all that is needed to be a great ski attraction, but sadly lacks the basics. The infrastructure lacks priority, the staff lack knowledge and training, despite the fact that they try very hard. Great mountain to visit, but beware if you are a demanding skier who expects the service that you paid for, because here you will not find it. The false ratings on Facebook and other media to attract the potential skiers has begun to backfire. This has been one of the worse seasons in recent years, with rumours of the luxury hotel contemplating yet another change in ownership after the long holiday week of Independance day with a vacancy of about 40%. Bottom line is, if you want to experience a great mountain and don't demand good service this is the place, other than that you will have a frustrating experience. I wish that the community would get together and hire a competent ski resort managing group because it has incredible potential.
I really think that those managing the ski resort should visit a shrink, because i've never known one person with so many different personalities. Instead of trying to lie to people over the internet with fake Facebook ID's, and bullshit snow-forecast reviews, the managers of Nevados should hire somebody who really knows about the sport and the risk involved in it.
There's no freaking reason for not having safety protocols, or even worst, don't obey them if they have any. They charge you for the parking lot, yeah, 8 bucks, i mean WTF! it's just a freaking mud lot with nothing in it. I've been skiing this mountain for over 10 years, and I think this is the worst management the resort has had. The mountain is awesome, I love it, but the managing sucks.
I dare to write that it is not as some would say. If you want to have that kind of taste you have to bear the costs. The charging for parking I found very good. Formerly, skiers had to leave the car park and carry a load on their shoulders. Right now that does not happen. More deals this year compared to others. More chances of staying because they have new hotels.

That mountain's more enjoyable. Has been great to go to; fabulous with a great attention. While the center lacks detail I think it is very good compared to other centers. I think that while there are complaints and social networks, I for one remain very happy with my stay on snowy days.

It's surely painfully obvious that all the positive comments written in English about the Nevados de Chillan ski resort have been written by someone in the ski resort's marketing team. All these imaginary people (not only those that comment in English but also those that comment in Portuguese) are listed as being "from Chile",so I ask you, if you're from Chile then why write in English/Portuguese? Furthermore the quality of the English used is similarly appalling in each comment. They clearly need English lessons as well as lessons in how to successfully manage a ski resort.

Fabulous sunny day with everything running as a great time. The attention was excellent, clear path in good condition, parking available which is best.
I must say that I found this year new construction surprises improving the quality of service significantly.
That excitement of being in the beloved mountain. Gratifying to have been able to go relax and enjoy the wonders of the place. Those who manage the place were very attentive.
Undisputed that this is a good center that has everything you need, has few parts that other centers do not have, long and very skiable.
Majestic mountain, very sad to say goodbye to you. Were four phenomenal days passed so super good. Very well taken care of thanks to God, I understand that the new grant is good, for so many years did not have the touch to the place. I needed to make it work as it should be a ski center of these features years ago but never visited this center.
