Been to multiple ski resorts all over the world . It is by far one of the worst ski resorts I’ve been to. Cars everywhere, too many hotels/holiday residence compared to what capacity the lift system has. The naked mountaintops you see on pictures is for real. High wind is an issue and also causes the close down of the lift system frequently. The only reason I can see they have so many guests here must be old habits and easy road access from Tbilisi. Not for cheap price level. For Georgian references it is expensive. Sorry, but giving it points for being a ski resort it can be at best 1. That's for having some ok functional lifts and nothing else.
