I have read most of the reviews and some of it I agree with and some I don't. The management at Mt. Washington is somewhat egocentric. They know they need to change the woefully inadequate beginner experience, yet they are not as strongly committed to it as they say. We had a great season for snow. A little thin during February but with very few days of freeze/thaw. That said, on the day that we really needed good grooming, we did not get any (where I skied anyway). The mountain got blasted over that and for the rest of the season the grooming was as good as I have seen anywhere. This is a great mountain with great skiing. The management knows this. They will get their collective poo together eventually and make the overall experience as good as the skiing experience.
