6 day Les Saisies snow forecast

Les Saisies is somewhat of a secret that the French have kept, up until recently. There is only 1 hotel in the resort so the tour companies don't use it and as a result it's popular with families using the growing number of apartments.
Ski snobs will usually decry the lack of absolute height or lack of challenging runs but the resort's proximity to Mont Blanc means that snowfall is as good as many higher resorts, and there are challenging runs to be found all across the Espace Diamant if you care to look.
We always return with relief to Les Saisies whenever we visit the mainstream ski resorts. The infrastructure is continually being improved so lifts are modern and queues almost unknown. Pistes are groomed well and frequently. A big plus is the way that on the majority of the peaks there is a black, a red and a blue piste leading down to a common lift so a party of mixed abilities can ski together all day.
