Went to Termas de Chillan for ten days with wife and two young children. Stayed at Las Trancas. Travelling by car, difficult to the mountain. The road not cleared after snow storm. Lift closed often for any reason, wind snow or who knows? But when they open, best powder we ever skied. We skied three days out of ten.
If it snows be patient, allow plenty of days. Don't go there only for a weeks visit, there is a lot to do, deserted beaches and more. Went to Chile for one month. Skied Valle Nevado and La Parva for another ten days. Prefered by far Termas de Chillan.
