Sundance in the United States (Utah State) is a small ski resort with just 4 ski lifts (3 chair lifts, 1 surface lift) but it does boast a very impressive 656 metres (2152 feet) of vertical descent. Sundance has 450 acres of terrain over 41 trails. Sundance is evenly suited for both advanced and intermediate skiers and snowboarders but with some terrain for beginners. There are 15 kilometers (9 miles) of cross country ski trails at Sundance. Almost half of the trails at Sundance are covered by snowmaking. The nearest airport is at Salt Lake City.
