Like the resort, the staff is very good and nice to see updates from year to year. The one issue we have is that the food quality is suffering and not really the best but it is charged at a fairly high rate. Provide a better product and I will gladly pay the rates you charge. It is a poor quality product and there is nothing the staff can do to fix it. We are going to eat in the car from now on. P.s I have a season pass
