Seki Onsen, located in the Niigata prefecture of Japan, is a very small ski resort with just 2 ski lifts but it does boast a respectable 310 metres (1017 feet) of vertical descent. The area has 6 pistes but on fresh powder days Seki shows off its un-groomed runs and off-piste options. Seki Onsen is best suited to intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for beginners and advanced skiers. The nearest airport is at Narita and the nearest train station to Myokokogen Seki Onsen is at Sekiyama.
