Estuvimos en Huella Blanca, el lugar es maravilloso y las cabaña espectacular. El servicio de la gente de Huella Blanca es muy bueno, solo deberían estar mejor preparados para sobrellevar, por ejemplo no tienen (o no encienden) un grupo electrógeno por si se corta la luz, cosa que sucedió tres veces durante nuestra estadía allí. El servicio de Las Pendientes es un verdadero desastre y nuestra experiencia fue muy mala, más que nada la gente tiene muy mala actitud, por ejemplo a mi hijo de 7 años el T-bar lo arrastro 20 metros enganchado casi al final del recorrido y el pistero de la cabina estaba distraído y no detuvo el T-bar; tiene grupo electrógeno pero no lo prenden aunque estén toda la tarde sin luz, como sucedió el miércoles 3-julio-13 desde las 13:45 hasta las 17hs; no hay enfermería; a la hora de apagar los medios lo hacen aunque estés en la fila para subir y tengas que caminar 400mts pendiente arriba hasta tu cabaña. El servicio es muy malo por mala actitud de la gente que lo trabaja. Para los que van por primera vez: cuidado porque el acceso es muy malo y todo hielo si hubo nevadas días atrás; no lleguen después de las 16hs; el acceso desde Chapelco a Pendientes para volver no está bien marcado y nadie te avisa en Pendientes, con lo cual pueden pasarse; la primera vez vuelvan temprano; la venta de pases en Pendientes cierra de 13hs a 15hs, con lo cual si no estás atento podes perder horas de esquí o tener que bajar hasta la base de Chapelco. Si van con bebes, la guardería es buena pero a la tarde abre a las14hs, con lo cual solo podrán ir a Chapelco de 14 a 17 durante la tarde. En conclusión: un lugar maravilloso con un servicio de pistas que deja mucho que desear.
