La Tania is an excellent base to access the 3 vallees. If it's wild nightlife you want then there are buses and taxis to Courcheval but I would recommend heading elsewhere. Saying that the few bars and restaurants there are are all excellent quality and value. LT gives you great access to either Meribel or Courcheval and has a bus link to Courch should you miss the last lift or wish to indulge in a bit of apres ski. The resort should appeal to those who are looking for a very attractive resort with fantastic views as it is made up of mostly chalets and reasonably well designed apartment blocks all set amongst the forest.

Just returned from an excellent week in La Tania, great people in our chalet and good chalet hosts Amy and James helped make this a very special holiday. The ski pub is a good night out and there is easy access by bus to the rest of the three valleys.

Excellent small resort with good access to the 3 Valleys. This is definitely a cost effective way to enjoy some of the best Skiing France has to offer. It has one lively pub with respectable prices & another couple of quieter Hotel bars. There is also an excellent free bus to the rest of the Courchevel resorts that runs until 11 pm, so you don't need to feel restricted by the resort size. We are going to Courchevel 1850 this year but will have at least 1 night out & a couple of lunches in friendly La-Tania.
