Muy mala atención. No están preparados el Personal para atender al público. Y mal la administración. No funcionó mi tarjeta arriba para otro elevador lo cual mostré mi comprobante de pago y la solución de ellos era que baje hasta boletería compré otra tarjeta y vuelva a subir. Se acercaron varios del personal y así se detuvo la fila para mencionarme lo mismo. Gracias a la gente que nos entendió nos prestaron un pase y pudimos utilizar el elevador. Pero un desastre la atención. La gerencia que se acercó y el método de resolver . Por encima de eso el personal me decía que mi tarjeta está dañada que yo la había roto y no es así. Estaba intacta guardada en mi billetera junto a mis otras tarjetas personales.
