Banff Sunshine Village has confirmed it will reopen for a fortnight of summer skiing, from this weekend. The only ski area in Canada to be open into July.

Unfortunately, 2019/20 is shaping up as the worst season in decades. Happo is a great mountain, but unfortunately, snow conditions are just like back home, icy at the top and wet muck from the middle to bottom, with that famous Japan powder, just something others talk about.
