You do not really use oxygen to climb the mountains in Ecuador. Cayambe is the located to the northern part and receives the winds that come from the jungle. This time of the year usually clear blue skies although weather conditions are quite unstable this past year! In Quito you can find rental gear shops and it is possible to arrange the climb to Cayambe. This is a 2day one night climb with a proper acclimatization program. Regards Patricia
