Again is coming ski time, and another day I went to visit this resort when I have to ski each year. Is not better. The new hotel is very cheap built and staff are not happy to work. One boy told me the food given to them is badly like a cheap shop. No one cares about anything as usual. Will just be another season full of broken promise from the government and the bad management which now has added more from a company called Oct from Shenzhen. This hotel was better run when it was owned by the goverment. My advice, go to another ski place this year I will try.

5 stars, no way. Is very cheap decoration and still not complete. I visit in the Dragon Boat time and am not happy with what is called a luxury resort.. it is not.

Thanks for all the comments regarding Beidahu. I am available to collect all the feedback from our guests. I am quite sorry for the bad quality of service in the old Hotel and Restaurant at this moment. The main objective for our new team is to rebuild Beidahu. I am sure that you will see the big change when you come back next time. It will be great helpful for me if you send me an email to write down more details. [email protected]

I'm having to agree with Andreas. The Ski Hotel in Beidahu is very badly managed, with staff not trained and food is terrible. It is not good they are charging 988 for a weekend room and you can eat only rubbish food for breakfast in a dark smelly bar area and lunch food is also bad. I will not stay again ever this hotel.

I have never stayed in such appalling accommodation in all my life, as the Beidahu Ski Resort. The Restaurant, if that is what you want to call it, is dirty, and the food is terrible. I asked several times to speak to the General Manager, who's name I was told was Wu Bin.. but each time was told by staff that he was unavailable, not in the Hotel or out Skiing of all things, I wish I had my job so that I could play during working hours. If this is how he runs a Hotel and staff, I think that he should seriously find a career that better suits him. I did meet up with an English Man whose name was Mr. Edwards, I believed that he is the General Manager of the Owners New Hotel. At least he had the decency to apologise for any inconveniences I had suffered, and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. Well at least the Owners have hired a professional to run their newer Hotel, I hope that Mr. Edwards can keep up his professional attitude and not let things slip to the standard of the Old property...
