To another reviewer: you always post good comments about Beidahu ski on this website. Is not true. when will someone see and tell the true. After 2 days of ski here I feel depress. Nothing to do, bad accommodation, no laundry, poor food. We have to go to kou qian to eat well. This is not a good place at all.

Spring skiing & snowboarding in Beidahu is perfect now! The resort will open till 4th April for this season. Qiaoshan hotel which is not OCT any more already closed this week. Asia winter game village hotel is still open for you. Welcome to enjoy the fresh spring snow, on-piste, mogul, off-piste, tree park......!

We met in the Russian bar during the winter games, with another English person who was the general manager of the new hotel; I have been told he is no longer with the resort. You may remember me, I am very tall with a beard and was with another large German friend. 1000 Beds may be something to brag about, but through each of these reviews you make no reference to the bad facilities or the extremely bad way the resort is run in terms of service, management and the bad attitudes of your staff. Beidahu is not a 5 star resort as you claim, it is a ski lodge and that is all, building the other hotel to a better standard will do you no good if you can not look after it and raise your service levels. I will be back again for your winter fest, with my friend Stefan, however, we will not pay 988 rmb for your rooms like last year, when we can not get a decent meal for breakfast or dinner, and everything else closes at 9pm apart from the bar. We will stay in Jilin at a more customer friendly hotel, however, we would like to see you again, and maybe you can clarify to us exactly why you are not capable as a company to run a quality operation. Thank you. Brian. 30th November 2011. [note from editor: names are removed where possible in order to stay focused on facilities and services at resorts]

Ha Ha, 1000 beds is ok.. but how many dirty and smelly rooms in the ski resort?? How many poor quality rooms in that new hotel? And still only 1 restaurant with same bad food? Things never get better at Beidahu ... only cover up mistakes.

If you come to the site, you will find out the truth. Beidahu will offer 1000 beds this season instead of 400 last season. The national winter game will be held during 3-13 Jan 2012. More info, pls visit the website. Beidahuski Com

Michea from Ski Russia Russia
Hello to all in Beidahe again. This site has become very interest to me. Last year I worked in the Russian bar at this resort for 3 months with the Russian show. I have been asked to work again this year. We stay at the Beidahe Hotel. The managers are very bad people and very big cheats. I get no salary for 2 months and also they don't pay the restaurant for more than this. I can not recommend this resort to be good but can understand the comments of other people. It is much better to stay somewhere else. Thank you for letting me submit my comment. Michea.

Hello everyone. I just finished the work at this ski resort and can tell all that it is not true about Beidahu becoming a big resort. The owner has a lot of money problems and can not even finish the second building to a good standard. He is putting a lot of cheap furniture and also cutting cost on construction safeness. For all people who are planning to stay here I can also tell you that this hotel has NO Fire license of license to serve food or beverage. Be careful to stay here, it is very badly managed by OCT Hotel company of China.

Thanks for the update Arthur. Is coming time again for the winterfest games in Beidahe, maybe this time is better to stay in Jilin city. At least we can find better things to do as everything close at the ski resort even the restaurant by 9pm. It is a big shame because it could be a good place if someone took care. Does anyone know what happened about the golf course? Was supposed to be built and other hotels. Last year many people told me Beidahu would be a big resort soon. Thanks. Andreas.

Hello. This weekend we visit the Ski Resort for the upcoming ski games in January. This Resort is a joke !! No Restaurant... No where to get a drink ... they are all closed because of Low Season. The Reception told me the Manager Mr. He does not want to speak to me because he works for a management company and not the Ski Resort. Please !! strike off this Resort.... it is unprofessional.
