I have just returned back home from China, and spent 4 days at this so called five star ski resort in late March. From arrogant staff at the reception of the hotel, to poorly run and badly serviced hotel facilities, I would not recommend a stay here to anyone. i don't know how Chinese people perceive the food served here, but from an European's point of view it is terrible; poor selection and very poor chefs. I went to see the management one day, was told they were entertaining, but did manage to find the ski lodge manager who was very scruffily dressed and looked as if he had been sleeping. The general manager of the hotel is never available to see anyone according to the reception, he is busy with other duties for the owning group. Thank you, but never again.. Steve
