Mi ultima experiencia en Baqueira, despues de mas de 50 años esquiando es lamentable. Tengo 71 años y la ventaja de poder adquirir un forfait SENIOR por 9.00€, pero lógicamente tienes que presentar tu DNI. El dia 10 de abril se me olvidó el DNI en el hotel y compré un forfait de adulto, 69.00€ creo; despues de estar esquiando por varias pistas sin problema, a ultima hora, ya eran las 14.30H., en el control del Mirador me controlan mi forfait y me preguntan la edad y donde lo compré, comunicando que en la taquilla de Bonaigua. Ante la imposibilidad de la controladora de recibir rerspuesta de taquilla me impide pasar a coger el telesilla. Le explico la realidad de la situacion y se obsesiona en que con ese forfait no puedo seguiR, despues de 10 minutos de espera y con un cabreo importante tomo la derteminacion de pasar sin atender las impertinencias de esta controladora de nombre Andra. El resto del personal viendo la situacion no me impide en absoluto el paso, sino bien al contrario, muy amablemente me permiten continuar. Voy directamente a la taquilla de Bonaigua y me comunican que mi forfait está a mi disposicion en el control. Explicacion, parece ser que la empresa gratifica con 20.00€ a los o las controladores que cazen forfaits irregulares, esta es la ruin y miserable gestion de Baqueira, sin comentarios.
