Balsams Wilderness Ski Resort Guide

Balsams Wilderness in the United States (New Hampshire State) is a small ski resort with just 4 ski lifts (2 triples, 1 double, 1 surface) but it does boast a respectable 306 metres (1004 feet) of vertical descent. Balsams Wilderness has 85 acres of terrain over 16 trails with a total length of 24 kilometers (15 miles). Balsams Wilderness is best suited to intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for beginners and advanced skiers. We have no information about the existence of any cross country ski trails at Balsams Wilderness. For snowboarders, there is a terrain park and a half pipe. The majority of the trails at Balsams Wilderness are covered by snowmaking.
