Yesterday's high winds forced a halt to the lifts, another reminder that mother nature isn't cooperating. Yet the forecast brings a glimmer: colder temperatures and a chance of substantial snow in the very near future. The rumor mill is buzzing - could the winds have stirred more than just gusts, nudging a powder event closer to our slopes? Could winter finally turn the tide in our favor?
