Péssima estrutura para turistas e iniciantes. Não há banheiro para trocar de roupa e nem guarderia para deixar mochilas. Além disso, em pleno inverno, não havia neve, somente gelo. Foram dezenas de pessoas escorregando no gelo e se machucando gravemente, inclusive fora das pistas. Não há placas informativas e os "guias" também não o fazem. Eu e minha família tivemos uma péssima experiência nesse lugar, por isso não recomendo.
