Baqueira sigue siendo una estación que mantiene unos niveles muy altos, tanto en sus instalaciones como en su rica y variada hostelería. Pocas estaciones europeas tienen un nivel de bares, cafeterías y restauración en pistas como Baqueira. Pero lo que más me gusta del Valle de Aran es su gran oferta de restauración apresky. Esos bares de Viella, con variedad de pinchos, llenos de vida y ambiente son una delicia. Las tiendas de material y ropa de esquí son para disfrutar. Pero el esquiador valora la calidad de la nieve. Y tratándose del Pirineo que no goza de la altura de los Alpes, la calidad de la nieve es muy superior a la de estaciones del entorno gracias a una excelente y extensa innivación y un cuidado esquisito del estado de las pistas. En pocas estaciones he visto tanto cuidado en señalar las piedras, calvas... Sigue siendo mi estación favorita.
