Verbier's spectacular Air Show will returns to the famous Swiss resort this weekend with a three‑day programme combining aerial demonstrations and ground‑based entertainment across Verbier and Médran.
Verbier's spectacular Air Show will returns to the famous Swiss resort this weekend with a three‑day programme combining aerial demonstrations and ground‑based entertainment across Verbier and Médran.
The event opens tonight, Friday 10 April, with an evening screening of the Verbier Air Show at the Verbier Cinema from 20:00 to 22:00.
The main event begins on Saturday 11 April with the Altitude Party, running from 10:00 to 15:00. The programme includes an aerial display at altitude, a DJ set, food and drink, and live broadcasts of the air shows and entertainment in Médran. From 15:00 to 21:00, further aerial demonstrations are scheduled above Verbier, followed by an après‑ski gathering in Médran.

The weekend concludes on Sunday 12 April with additional shows and entertainment in Médran from 11:00 to 15:00.
Across the programme, visitors can expect a range of flight demonstrations, including base jumping from the Mont Gelé cable car (pictured above, image credit Lucia Harrison), wingsuit flights, paragliding displays, aerobatic aircraft and aerial dance performances.
The ski season also continues with around 70% of the vast 4 Valleys ski area still open, base deoths up to 1.6m (5 feet plus)
