Wisp Ski Resort Guide

Wisp in the United States (Maryland State) is a medium sized ski resort with 7 ski lifts ( 5 chair lifts, 2 surface lifts) but it only has 186 metres (610 feet) of vertical descent. Wisp has 90 acres of terrain over 23 trails. Wisp is best suited to intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for beginners and advanced skiers. We have no information about the existence of any cross country ski trails at Wisp. For snowboarders, there is a terrain park and a half pipe. The majority of the trails at Wisp are covered by snowmaking. The nearest airport is at Washington Dulles.
