Well, since I'm coming from Villach, I'm wondering, where there actually is a ski resort? Villach is a city, with about 60.000 inhabitants, in the center of Carinthia, in the south of Austria. The infos about Villach are quite similar to a ski resort next to Villach though. It's called "Dobratsch" and was a quite famous ski area, until it closed about 10 years ago, because they didn't install artifical snow machines and got away from mainstream. It became a nice resort for tour skiing, sleding and hiking.
