In the past 25 years noticed it is getting more snow. Back in the mid 90s to early 2000s was very icy, cold and lacking any significant snowfall. It might be anecdotal evidence but the snow quality is improving with warming temps. Good family resort for introduction into skiing/boarding. On snow days lots of runs to explore especially mid-week providing the best riding experience. A good mix of beginner runs for the kids, plus some nice fast cruisers for the parents. Downsides are the weekends, especially Saturday when the lines are ridiculously long and best avoided. If we stay, I almost always skip riding Saturday and hit the hill Friday and Sunday to avoid the crowds. The chair systems need an update. The North side chair can be a brutal ride to the top. Edge chair is slow and old. Good amount of runs for the size of the mountain (hill) but with some glades and no off-piste riding. Best ridden on snow days where the wide open runs are fun and enjoyable. In dry spells it still gets very icy due to heavy use. Steepest double black runs get tracked and iced up first so don't count on those being open. Not sure why anyone would fly here. The resort does not offer any breathtaking views or scenery to compare with Alps or Rockies or other resorts in the Appalachians. The village is a tad kitchy and nightlife is limited to two bars with either a young crowd or the underage crowd.

Skied Mont Tremblant in 2008 and 2018 and it hasn’t changed too much. The town still has character and the skiing is diverse and good quality though not as extensive as you see in the “extended” resorts in Europe. As mentioned by others it is often windy and cold, which although that is what winter sports are all about, the out-dated chair system lets the resort down. It’s a poor comparison with many European resorts due to old, slow open chairs (no covers) and few cable cars/gondola and no heated seats. May sound trivial but when the wind is blowing at <15degreesC it takes the edge of the experience but more annoying is you pay the same for the lift pass as in Europe so why no investment; someone just banking the profits. That said, the skiing is good with a good range of challenging blacks, fast reds and some fun off-piste (wooded/trees). It gets crowded at weekends but really just at the lifts (again symptom of too small and slow) so beware. The number of restaurants on the mountain isn’t great and again they are busy but the food is good. The town offers some good apres-ski and a lot of varied restaurants and bars and you can get a decent pint rather than just lager. Long way to come from the UK and not sure it beats the resorts on offer across Europe.

I have been skiing Tremblant for about 12 years now. During the week the skiing is excellent; not too many people (weekends are very busy). Runs are in excellent shape. Remember, it is always windy at Tremblant. Prices in the cafeterias are steep. I always bring my own lunch. The T66 is a good purchase with the exception that they start it too early in the season. Therefore, one is wasting money because ski conditions are not great; runs are limited. I was up Dec 22 one year. Four runs open at the top only and two of them were occupied by the down hill racers. Who, in most cases, have the attitude they own the hill. I would recommend it as a place to go. Just bring lots of money for meals if staying over night.

Mont Tremblant has lost its purpose and history. We stayed in a condo next to the hill; I could not believe how the area has fallen to late night drunks walking the streets and vandalism. Not a place to bring young kids or family. During the day it has a lot of activities (expensive) but make sure your kids are in early. I used to ski and hike Tremblant years ago, now not sure what we should call this area.

Went to Mont Tremblant in January 2010 with a friend and had a terrific time. Tremblant was so beautiful with some nice places to eat and drink. As I had not been skiing for a couple of years Tremblant was a great place to help me get back my confidence - returning January 2011.

Had a great week's ski holiday in Mont Tremblant (Jan 7th); snow conditions were fab. Be warned that this early in the season it is very cold (-20 down to -30 and a bit was not uncommon). Did not stop us skiing all day from 10am 'till lift close at 3.30pm. But you did feel the cold on the lifts. Just wrap up warm and enjoy. The mountain is not that big compared to some alpine resorts, but there is enough for all levels to keep happy for a week. The village is very pretty and prices for food and drink are not that bad compared to Europe with the current state of the euro against the pound killing us Brits at the mo. I would go back to Mont Tremblant at some point in the future.

Mont Tremblant is a great resort with plenty of varied skiing for the family with different ski ability. My family's favourite run was Fuddle Duddle and Windigo. The weather was verrrry cold some days. e.g -26 but we kept on skiing so wrap up warm. We stayed at Blueberry Lake Resort in Labelle (20 mins away). What pure luxury; beautiful log homes with roaring fires and you don't even have to fetch the logs. Hot tubs by the house and a fab restaurant there too. Can't wait to return .

Great skiing, friendly people and a relaxing time. It was cold and windy, but this comes with winter sports. The microbrewery, Le Diable, served a delightful variety of beers and good food, all at an extremely reasonable price. We will be back next winter.

A fantastic resort for a short break. We found phoning and hiring condo really cheap and at least you can relax. The town looks a bit 'Disney' at first but there's more to it than the main street. There is a microbrewery, La Diable (yes,I know - Quebec french!) with great food and a choice of fabulous ales, pastry shops and a great cafe with lots of flavoured syrups for your coffee; try hazlenut and vanilla. Some art shops have amazing native painting, sculptures etc at a price, but what a find. Yes, it can be bitterly cold, but with the sun shining too. My goggles iced up on the inside and I brought us down the double-black-diamond run by mistake - oops! Scary - but a great feeling to have done it.

What a fantastic ski resort, not as challenging as many alpine resorts, but very well prepared pistes. Wrap up though it can get very cold -25 deg C is not unusual!
