Excellent powder snow, pistes in the pine wood for any level, very reasonable prices. Sarikamis is the destination for ski and snowboard lovers. It is so tranquil, and you can use either the large pistes for all levels, or use off-road in the forest with loose untouched snow. The season is quite long and starts at the beginning of December. And goes 'til mid April. Transportation is quite easy and convenient with Kars airport only 50 km and Erzurum airport 150 km away from the ski center. It is one of the rising ski centers in Turkey. If you do not act fast, the tranquility will soon disappear and it will become one of the popular ski centers. I have been many times before and each time I love more skiing here.
