Horrible!
I made reservations and bought tickets 2 months in advance. After waiting in the wrong line for an hour due to there being no direction from staff, we then stood in the “right line” for four hours.
Once we got up closer the place to show them our online tickets and receive our wrist bands we noticed many things my small children wanted to do were “closed”. (No notice for that either).
Once we got to the very front, we were told they were no longer allowing people get in to the park who “got the tickets from a third party”.
Not only do I not get a refund from said “third party” from a same day cancellation, I had to stand in a line for four hours with my small children and turned around because they are money hungry and sold too many tickets.
This took sooo much time and was a stressful event.
Needless to say i will NEVER be giving these people my money ever again.
