What's it like at Lookout Pass resort?

Ski or ride two states on one mountain at Lookout Pass. Head up the summit chair on the Idaho side then drop on over to the Montana side. Lookout Pass offers a 1,150' vertical drop with 23 named runs, 2 glade areas and acres of tree skiing covering 540 acres of skiable terrain. The annual snowfall at Lookout Pass averages 400" and the most frequent powder conditions in the region. Located right alongside Interstate 90 at the Idaho/Montana border, Exit 0, midway between major airports in Spokane and Missoula. Lookout Pass has a very convenient location that has made it popular for over 60 years. Set for expansion in 07-08 with the installation of a new chair to open up access to a new area on the north side. Snowboarders already get to enjoy two big terrain parks and a huge natural half-pipe.
