We've just had our first great week in Kronplatz. We selected the resort for snow/sunshine/cruise blue runs. All of which was correct to the brochure. The snow was well maintained. Grades were very true. So no surprises off the top of a lift which was important on our confidence building holiday. The runs are open & vast so a crowd at the top soon disperses and we had plenty of space. All bars were good value. The ski bus to Le Villa was great to open more area and accessible via the gondola if you didn't fancy the true blacks to get to the same place. Only down side was we found no bars at the bases for end of day drinks which was odd. Going back to our hotel was fine but we missed any cheesy 'apres' on the slope. For longer ski days the Sella Rhonda would have been a full-on day but possible from here.
