What's it like at Fernie resort?

Fernie Alpine Resort is located 3 miles/5 km from the city of Fernie, in
southeastern British Columbia, on the west side of the Canadian Rockies.
Known for its inbound steeps, Fernie has been compared to Red Mountain,
Alta, Snowbird, Crested Butte, and Jay Peak. It has five alpine bowls, along
with a wide variety of groomed runs. For starters, take a complimentary tour
to learn your way around this complex mountain. Off the piste, there are a
variety of on-mountain lodging properties ranging from hotels, condominiums
to private homes. A regular scheduled shuttle bus operates between the town
and the resort on a daily and evening basis during the winter season.

Overall, Fernie is a good mountain that gets dumped with snow sometimes. Rarely ever happens. I went 5 times last year and had really crappy days. Would often rain, the lifts were slow and would often stop for long periods of time. Don't waste your time at Fernie.
