Lloyd Luczon from Canada writes:

I went to Earls Bale today. I love Earls Bale because I have been going there since I was a kid. Today the snowboard instructor insulted a paying customer.
I politely asked them to move his class aside so I can go down the hill I paid to go down.
They said "go around, that's one of the rules, you have to have control". I don't know who they think they're talking to when I have been snowboarding for over 20 years.
Everyone had an equal right to snowboard on a hill that they paid for. I have been to Earls Bale every week this year, I have been to many different resorts.
