Fantastic traditional Italian resort only 1.5 hours from Venice or Treviso airports.
Most runs are sheltered below the treeline, providing spectacular views of the majestic Civetta and Pelmo mountains. Ideal for intermediates and beginners.
Friendly locals and very reasonable food and drink prices.
Night skiing from the Pecol gondola is an added bonus.
Very quiet slopes during the week, almost like having the resort to yourself. Busier at weekends but still no major queues.
For a challenging day out, the Sellaronda is an hour's drive away with 426 km of slopes.
Great place! Pearl of Dolomites...the main village are 2 (Alleghe and Zoldo) where you can also find some "night life" in the few bar...
In Zoldo you can also ski by night, really suggestive!
Totally is 80km of slope (really enough!)
From January usually is perfect working the Alleghe snowpark, always well shaped.
This is a truely hidden gem! It's the quietest resort I have ever been to. It's just a quaint village in the dolomites yet it has everything you would require. Due to this seclusion the number of runs isn't staggering. However, being part of the dolomite Superski, you can hire a car and ski loads of other amazing resorts if you fancy a change. P.S: Would recommend the ice cube bar.
