Tignes, one of the few French ski areas staying open into May, will round off the 2025–26 winter season with the return of the Tignes Unlimited electronic music festival, running from 25 April to 3 May 2026.

Not the best resort in the world, but if you can't go to ski anywhere else you may try practicing in Elmadag. It's just one hill and one lift. The steep part is very short and the remaining is just for beginners. The weather must be very snowy before you visit there, else you won't find any snow to ski on. Many people go there just for picnic and to get fresh air.
