North America Snow Report and Ski Conditions
Western North America has seen another predominantly dry and sunny week.
While higher resorts in California, Wyoming and Utah continue to benefit from earlier snowfall, many Colorado resorts remain locked in a battle to open terrain during an unusually dry season.
In contrast, Eastern North America and the Midwest experienced multiple storm systems and lake-effect snow, significantly improving coverage.

Western Canada Snow Report and Ski Conditions
Western Canada had a cold, sunny week with limited snowfall. Lake Louise posted North America’s biggest accumulation, recording 38 cm (15") in 72 hours and now reporting 100% open terrain. Whistler Blackcomb saw base temperatures reach +7 °C, though it continues to offer over 7,000 acres of skiable terrain.

A colder pattern sets in, with upper slopes between -5 and -15 °C. Snowfall remains light, with firm, wintry surfaces prevailing.

Eastern Canada returned to bitter cold following last week’s mild spell. Mont Tremblant now reports 100% open terrain, while most Ontario and Quebec resorts operate at 80–90% capacity. Le Massif has announced an early season closure due to an ongoing staff strike.

Very cold conditions persist, with upper-mountain temperatures between -12 and -22 °C and minimal new snowfall.
US West Coast Snow Report and Ski Conditions
Warm temperatures and sunshine have returned to the Pacific coast. Lower slopes across the Pacific Northwest are suffering, although California resorts remain in good shape due to deep earlier snowfall. Palisades has nearly 90% of terrain open, while Heavenly remains fully open. Alaska continues to offer colder, snowier conditions.

Freeze–thaw cycles dominate California and Oregon, with limited snowfall. Alaska remains far colder and more wintry.

US Rockies Snow Report and Ski Conditions
The Rockies experienced another mostly dry week. Colorado resorts continue incremental terrain openings, while Wyoming’s Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee lead the region for snowfall and base depth.
