I would like to say regarding the Bof Hotel Uludag, in Turkey, which is dam sophisticated delighted enormous hotel. Especially
Miss. Dhouha, her hospitality is outstanding mind blowing. Her
way of communication, nature and hospitality are very, very
good. She gives very good fantastic service. I’m so delighted to say that she is really nice.
It is one of the oldest and best ski resort areas in Turkey with very beautiful natural beauty. The forest and the mountain is very nice. There are many kinds of slopes for all kinds of talented sportsman. However, the problem is that the area is a little bit crowded. Moreover, the hotels and businesses in the area should improve themselves in their services. There are hotels and shops in the area. There are public transportation buses and minibuses from Bursa to there.
2015-2016 sezonuna yine uludağ'da yine Uludağ'daki evimiz Ulukardeşler Otelde başladık. Herşey mükemmel.

Uludag is an okay resort and I'd advise you go as part of your visit to Turkey and cities like Istanbul and Bursa - a ski holiday in Uludag will prove boring and unchallenging for intermediates and pros - unless you can go backmountain and ski on powder comfortably, however, it should be ideal for families and kids who have just started.
Although Uludag is Turkey's oldest and most famous, the piste is not well designed and some lifts were exclusive to some hotels even though I had a full resort pass - 65Lira for 1.5days in March.
The links between lifts and runs were not great and one has to make routes which is good but nothing compared to Europe. On a positive the snow is great, natural and real powder, you'll love the off-piste; but be warned the mountain gradient is not high, there are no black runs, maybe a few red and the runs are generally short; at most spend 3-4 days there.
However, it's not cheap, the hotels are expensive (even the basic ones) and at the weekend they double their prices, so negotiate and ask for an 'inderim'/discount and see where you go. Ski hire was 20lira per day in March for ski/pole and boots and private lessons were 60lira for 50mins.
I hope this helps and personally I'll ski in Turkey again, but at Palandoken in Ezurum in east Turkey which is a new resort and at 3300m high, it should prove more rewarding! We'll see :-)
Just been skiing for Christmas 2011. Excellent conditions for a few days. warmed up again this week.
Uludag is a great place but needs more available information on the net.
The resort and the way it is advertised (or not in this case) really needs looking into. It is poor to say the least and needs updating and I don't mean renovated hotel rooms. Skiing is a planned event but without being able to find sufficient information on the internet, you cannot plan anything. The piste maps are basic and minimal. For a small resort, you'd expect to be able to ski down any run, not in Uludag. Please, someone manage the resort, sort out the ski lifts set up a website dedicated to skiing only. Then the hotels can use this website to advertise themselves. Skiing is a great hobby, but with so much choice, Uludag needs to do more to make it appealing for skiers, not just from Turkey but all over.
I visited Uludağ the second week of January, where I saw a very nice landscape. I rent ski set at a reasonable price and I had a lot of fun. The difficulty was that the road that drives to the village, after the gates of the park, was icy and if you don't have snow tyres you have to use chains (I had rent a car). They should clean the road as they do to the rest part which drives from Bursa to the park gates.
I found a map for the ski center but this only represents the slopes and the lifts. There is no information about the slopes difficulty so they have to improve it. I believe that they must operate a web site dedicated to Uludağ ski center which can give you all the information you need, with maps, web cams, accomodation information, condition for the road etc. It is a nice ski center and it deserve this.
Big companies of Uludağ made an alliance named USOG - contains all lifts of Uludağ (17 lifts with several directions).
Daily usage of lifts is 30 TL (less then 15 Euro) for hotel guests, 6 - day ticket is 90 TL (less then 45 Euro) for hotel guests. The cost of ticket for 1 - day (outside of the hotel) 60 TL - close to 30 Euro, and 180 TL for 6-day period.
Not too much payment for 66 km long lifts.
It is true that this year Uludağ will have a single pass system (at last) but there is a contradiction about prices. As far as I know it will be 30tl (15€) per day for hotel guests and 60tl for others which is reasonable for all skiers. And another thing is it is not 17 hotels, it is 17 lifts. And those lifts cover %99 of Uludağ.
