It used to be a nice resort for free-riders. If you wonder why there are not many people on powder days... the problem is that the nice areas are almost always closed, they open when Avalanche level is 2. Chamois is almost constantly closed, they should take it out of the map. If you are there for inbound off-piste, you better ask at the ticket booth what is open or what is not. They definitely need some better avalanche management. Not worth the 49CHF pass, and don't forget your thermos, a hot choc is 9 chf!... I know it is on the other side of Zermatt, but come on...
