Facing Aiguilles d'Arves in the Savioe, St Sorlin d'Arves can be skied on its own or as part of the much larger Les Sybelles lift area (310km of pistes). St Sorlin itself offers an extensive 120 km of marked trails between 1500 and 2620 m and there is considerable off-piste potential above the tree-line. There is a16-km nordic skiing loop in the Prés Plans valley.

Probably a nice resort when there is sufficient snow. There is a lot of off-piste potential.
Unfortunately, last week, many runs were closed or slushy and the off-piste was a no-go area. There are some nice seated lifts but many (upper) runs have tow-lifts.
Boarders beware!!!
