Visitor Reviews of Blacktail Mountain Ski Area

Shaun from Australia writes:

The lifts are very old and very, very slow, but the snow quality is great. The slopes are north facing so don't get sun affected and are protected from the prevailing winds. The terrain is mostly intermediate but is fun. The views of the lake are spectacular. There is nothing like the feeling of having a whole mountain to yourself, there is absolutely no crowds at all. For great accommodation nearby stay at the Outlook Inn in Somers.
