First ski trip made here, it was brilliant, great place to the learn. All the people at ski school were great. Stayed at the Radisson which also was excellent, specially in the evening. Maybe not a good place for more advanced skiing, but was perfect for us. If you go you must try the ice rafting what a buzz!

Beitostolen Resort Review - The excellent resort of Beitostolen is ideally suited to those looking for quiet slopes, no lift queues and accommodation at the base of the mountain. Located just 40 km from Fagernes Airport this fantastic resort provides skiers and snowboarders the opportunity to learn new skills within a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Daily family activities run throughout the winter season offering a break from the slopes. The centre of Beitostolen is located at the base of the slopes, next to the lifts within just metres of all hotel and apartment accommodation. A good selection of shops and restaurants are available to those visiting this relaxed and cosy resort.
