Canada - Manitoba: latest snow conditions round-up

CANADA Some great skiing is still on offer at Marmot Basin (120cm) as the resort heads into its final weekend of the season. Snow showers have been bubbling up in the afternoons, resulting in some light tops ups of snow – this is forecast to continue over the weekend. Sunshine Village and Lake Louise above Banff (165/170cm) both are reporting excellent conditions for the time of year, with most lifts running. Both are expected to last well into May and the good base depth bodes well for some further good skiing in the coming weeks Whistler (175cm) continues to have some decent skiing high up on Whistler Mountain. Around 10cm of fresh snow is forecast by the weekend before the warm spring sunshine becomes more dominant. All of our other featured resorts are now closed for the season.
