One of the best snow resorts in Greece ,Vasilitsa Grevenon, is the ultimate destination for the Greek snowboarders , skiers and nature-lovers.More than 16 km course for skiing(12 courses) ,one snowboard park for freestylers, plenty of untrodden terrains for freeriders and carvers , great nature and of course weekly happenings with night-skiing , parties and snowraft(!!!!!) an exciting new sport first invented in Vasilitsa . You can stay in the resort's hostile facilities or in the traditional hotels close to Vasilitsa.Enjoy the good wine of the Grevena area ,the local meat specialities and of course the mushroums.66 different species of mushrooms makes Grevena one of the richest mushrooms garden in the world(go to 'avlais' to eat them-never alone , many mushrooms are dangerous!!!) .13 euros per day for the lift , 10 for the students kai 5 for the kids , 30-150 per night for a room with breakfast.45 km from Grevena ,180 km from Thessaloniki (Egnatia highway) , 420 km from Athens (kalampaka).Take your friends and enjoy your time in Vasilitsa!
