Shames Mountain, in Canada (BC), is a very small ski resort with just three ski lifts (1 chair lift, 2 surface lifts) but it does boast a very impressive 518 metres (1700 feet) of vertical descent. Shames Mountain has 141 acres of terrain over 28 trails. Shames Mountain is best suited for intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is a also a lot of terrain for beginners and experts too. There are 16 kilometers (10 miles) of cross country ski trails at Shames Mountain. For snowboarders, there is a terrain park and a half pipe.

Shames Mtn is run by a non-profit co-op. This place is very special and takes you back to the whole reason you loved carving turns in epic terrain and deep snow surrounded by stunning mountains, awesome people and endless good times!
