Everything went well! we had a private bungalow and it was probably the best private room we had our whole 3 week trip! Large with an inside hammock and an outdoor daybed and shower! (also an indoor shower as well but the outdoor one was a nice added touch to get all the sand off. They have their own private beach so no one trying to sell you bracelets or magnets! The pool is amazing too if you dont want to deal with sand. I read a bunch of reviews saying the food was not great but I have to disagree, the food we had was very good! they even had a wood fire oven for the pizza!

This hotel is beautiful. Set on a farm in the lush greenery, close to the river. I enjoyed walking to the river to kayak and swim. You can easily get to the beach too. We saw toucans and so many beautiful birds just sitting by the pool. It is relaxing and feels like a luxury home. Loved it!
