The location was perfect for our needs.

The location was perfect for our needs. We went there to hike and enjoy the lake. Entrance to the Tahoe Rim trail is a short car ride away. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and access to the recreation center was an added bonus. We used the pool and Pickle ball courts. The Village is in walking distance and we ate at the pizza place and the Mexican place for dinners and both were great. We enjoyed watching the bike riders while listening to live music in the village. As usual Lake Tahoe was too crowded.

The balcony/patio was nice and cozy, unfortunately it was the only highlight of this unit. We had to go up several flights of stairs because the only elevator to the building was out of order the entire stay we were there. My wife is partially handicapped and had to struggle to make it up and down the stairs every time! We believe this is an American disabilities act violation, this is a gross neglect to occur at such a facility. The toilet was malfunctioning and our assigned parking stall was almost 100 yards away from the building. The inside Decore was antiquated, and no complementary coffee packets. Highly disappointed for a high-end resort like Northstar.
