The location is simply fabulous and the hotel cannot be beaten on convenience and price. All staff were friendly and helpful without exception. We were on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast was always plentiful and high quality. We ate supper in the restaurant one night. It was excellent and very good value. The bar area is informal and welcoming. The linked ski hire shop is fantastic. The pool and leisure facilities are a lovely add on. One of our party needed to work for a day during our stay. The staff could not have been more helpful and a private conference room was made available. We travelled with two dogs and when this hotel says 'dog friendly' it really is. Compared to similar hotels in the French Alps the Llop Gris is a refreshing change and superb value. We would not hesitate to return.

Close to the ski slopes and several places to eat. Good bus service if required. Restaurant next to Manacor supermarket excellent and San Pietro (Italian) very good. A few places use only QR codes to access menu and costs, not good if you do not have data on phone as not in EU.

Small village but in the middle of the range so easy access to a variety of runs. Small mix of good reasonably priced restaurants (Italian, Thai, local …) up the hill (!) in the village BUT book in advance rather than walk up. Great skiing area well serviced by a gondola a comprehensive lift system and facilities. Book skis and boots on line its cheaper. Use the ski lockers at the gondola station. The gondola station includes the ski school office and lift pass office.

It has it all to relax, a great terrace with a super nice view, comfy beds, everything is clean/new etc, they serve food on the evenings, etc can't list all the pros of the place. On top of that the staff is exceptional, always available to help you out, give great tips and superr friendly as well!

The place was really nice with amazing views! They also provided with soap to wash the dishes and a few towels. Nicely regulated heaters. There is also a working TV and a chimney if you want to use them.

Pretty good breakfast, easy to park outside the property and you are 5 mins walk from the ski lift and 8 mins walk from the gondola. The hotel even provides you with lockers to leave your ski equipment over night. We really enjoyed our stay.
